I love these 100 calorie packs, they make counting calories so much easier! This package of animal crackers is just one of the many flavors offered in different vending machines. A .7 ounce package of animal crackers contains 3 grams of fat, 17 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, and 1 gram of protein.

If you can find a vending machine that offers refrigerated products, be sure to check the selection choices for one of these cups of yogurt.
Each 1 ounce serving holds 100 calories, 0 grams of fat, 23 grams of carbohydrates, and 2 grams of protein. The high sodium content might bother some people and they tend to make you thirsty, so be sure to drink a bottle of water with them if you choose to munch on this vending machine snack.

Be sure not to eat too many of these at once though or you’ll be going from the vending machine to the bathroom rather quickly.
