2 oz Tuaca
Hot apple cider
Cinnamon stick for garnish
Pour the Tuaca in an Irish coffee glass. Fill with hot apple cider. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Add sweetener according to personal taste.

3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons vanilla vodka
1 1/2 tablespoons miniature marshmallows
1/8 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until very hot. Add white chocolate chips and whisk until melted. Pour vanilla vodka into a heatproof glass, add warm milk, top with marshmallows, and dust with cocoa powder.

1 quart cranberry juice $
2 ounces fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced (about 1/4 cup)
1/3 cup lime juice
1/3 cup sugar, plus 1/4 cup, if desired
Combine cranberry juice and ginger in a 2- to 3-quart pan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook to infuse flavor, about 20 minutes. Stir in lime juice and 1/3 cup sugar; stir until sugar has dissolved. Taste and add up to 1/4 cup more sugar if desired. Pour through a fine strainer into a thermos or heatproof pitcher (discard solids). Serve hot.

1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vanilla flavored vodka (such as Stoli)
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger Irish cream liqueur (such as Bailey's)
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger pumpkin flavored liqueur (such as Hiram Walker)
1 cup ice cubes
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground nutmeg
Pour the vanilla flavored vodka, Irish cream liqueur, and pumpkin flavored liqueur into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg to serve.

In an Irish coffee glass pour the liquor, honey and lime. Top with hot water and add bitters. Stir. Garnish with apple or orange wedge.

2/3 cup eggnog
1 shot (1.5 ounces) brewed espresso
Pour milk and eggnog into a steaming pitcher and heat to between 145-165 degrees F, using the steaming wand. Brew the shot of espresso, then add to mug. Pour the steamed milk and eggnog into the mug, using a spoon to hold back the foam. Spoon foam over the top, sprinkle ground nutmeg (or grind fresh nutmeg yourself) on top of the foam, serves one.

1 (64 fluid ounce) bottle apple cider
3 cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon whole allspice
1 teaspoon whole cloves
1/3 cup brown sugar
In a slow cooker, combine apple cider and cinnamon sticks. Wrap allspice and cloves in a small piece of cheesecloth, and add to pot. Stir in brown sugar. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat, and keep warm.
