- We've been using this recipe in the DQ Blizzard maker and my son loves it:
1/2 cup milk, half and half, or light cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
for chocolate, add 1/4 teas cocoa powder or 1 tbl chocolate drink mix powder (ie. Nesquick or Ovaltine)

- Yes, I've heard of them. I've been a Chef for over 40 years, and I think their knives stack up to the more expensive. I own both Henckels and Dick knives, and have used a lot of others. My Henkel French knife cost me $189.00. They do dull, and must be honed and sharpened. The Sharp Selects do not have to be sharpened, and they are 100% surgical stainless. I've seen the "Deluxe Set", which contains two tomato/bread, 1 - 10" French knife, 2 paring knives, 1 boning/fillet knife and 4 steak knives for about $46.00. I think they are well worth the price!

- I am an Indian and I can suggestion some changes to make it more yummy. I just cooked this last night.
Instead of cutting the eggplant in half, just leave it the way it is and bake in oven for 40-45 min at 400 degrees. Reason: It wont turn soggy and there would be this roasted, burnt, barbecue flavor in it.
Second, before mashing, peel the skin, it might damage the taste. I saute tomatoes and garlic and flavor it with Indian spices and than lastly add the mashed eggplant pulp.
Anyway, I loved this fast recipe here, too. :)

- I would like to know where I can go to add to the 10 piece collection I purchased at Sams Club after a demo I seen at the store. Also why does the Hessler Worldwide company not have a phone number so one can contact them and talk to someone in person. I need a price list and other pieces so I can add to my pieces For example what good are four steak knives when I need at least 10 to 12 so they all match. A phone number would really be nice ! If pieces cannot be added, please tell me so I can return them back to Sams and take my business else where.

- I am also desperately trying to find them. They are my absolute favorite and I can't find them since my Walmart discontinued selling them. It's hard to understand why because almost everytime I went, there would only be a bag or two left, sometimes none!
